Stroke is the fifth-ranking cause of death throughout the United States and the number one leading cause of serious long-term disability. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and woman which accounts for 1 in every 4 deaths. \nThe goal of this event is to promote cardiovascular & stroke education throughout the region thereby improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care. \nWe are pleased to provide education to Brazos Valley’s leading health care professionals.
